1. 先到 Google Calendar Sync下載專用軟體(免費的哦), 並按其步驟安裝Google Calendar Sync
2. 安裝後若發現有’This error occurs when certain time zone settings are selected. To resolve this issue, install the update found on this Microsoft support page.’這樣的錯誤, 請不要相信Microsoft的Solution, 並依下列方式解決
2.1 請到 www.intelliadmin.com  下載Network Administrator試用版. 
2.2 在Step 1, 請不要變更任何選項
2.3 在Step 2, 選擇include local system, 然後點選submit鍵, google calendar 就能正常sync了, 它能解決time zone問題!!!

Google Calendar Google Calendar, Outlook

1. 打開iCal的徧好設定(iCal -> 徧好設定)
2. 點選帳號設定頁, 然後按左下角的加號鍵( ‘+’ button)幫iCal新增一個新的遠端行事曆
3. 描述就自行定義, 我會叫它做’Google Calendar’, 並輸入使用者名稱(你的Google帳號, 一般是你的Gmail地址) 和密碼.
4. 點選伺服器選項, 並於帳號URL中輸入格式如下
     https://www.google.com/calendar/dav/youremail@gmail.com/user
     …請將紅色部份改成你的Gmail地址
5. 按下加入鍵後iCal就開始下載Google Calendar中的所有行事曆囉

可以裝calaboration來完成Google Sync
